"WE WERE DETERMINED TO FORCE A POINT" – THE POST-MATCH REACTION

After a hard-fought 90 minutes at Sandhausen and a deserved equaliser by Jan-Marc Schneider there was a huge sense of relief over the point in the mixed zone late on Monday night.
Christopher Buchtmann: "We didn't start too well but eventually we started moving the ball around nicely and created some chances. There was good movement from everyone. We didn't give up on ourselves after going behind and we're obviously relieved to get the equaliser."
Robin Himmelmann: "The point against Lautern was more annoying somehow. We showed fantastic morale today. When we went behind we were determined to force a point and fortunately we got our reward at the end."
Bernd Nehrig: "Winning this point was so important. I'm absolutely delighted with the morale. We got our reward for a great performance and can take confidence from it."
